Fiserv Innovation Center at the Park and Samsung at Linden Logistics Center both received the United Way of Northern New Jersey 's prestigous 2023 Impact Award last week at the Legacy Event, which honors commercial real estate projects with the greatest positive impact. CREW NJ , an organization for professional women in commercial real estate, was also honored at the event as the recipient of the United Way Spirit of Philanthropy Award. The event featured a keynote address by Ying McGuire, CEO of the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
